Running for Help is a competitive running club that brings awareness and change to pressing social issues through athletic endeavors.  It was started by two post-collegiate runners with the goal of combining a passion for running with one's responsibility to help the neglected, underprivileged, and victimized members of society.


Join us by not only visiting these websites below but by donating whatever you can to these worthwhile organizations, whether it be running for help, volunteering, writing a check, or telling all your friends.  We personally chose these organizations for the efforts they make towards improving the lives of others.  You can make a world of a difference.

Luv-em-up is a ministry that reaches out to people with special needs and provides behavioral counseling through a community setting.  These church services and Bible small groups are aimed specifically for their needs in a way that they can connect to and enjoy.  Luv-em-up also provides outside events that teaches interaction with others and social skills while allowing a sharing of personal lifestyles, along with performing community service and volunteering in charity events.  Volunteers are in high need, along with financial backing to continue providing help to the needs of certain people that are often overlooked.
